Making the Mentionable, Manageable

White Objects

Philosophy

Welcome to your safe space for exploration, vulnerability, and growth. I am a queer, sex positive, clinically trained and passionate social worker who is dedicated to providing individual and couples therapy to help you navigate life's challenges. I believe in the power of what we can mention, we can manage.

I studied at Indiana University for my undergraduate degree and received my Master's degree from New York University in 2013. I have had the honor of working with all folks including those who suffer from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, LGBTQ+ focused struggles, and personality disorders with a focus on self harming behaviors and suicidal thinking. I also find working with couples to be a passion of mine, as helping to find one's voice in a relationship can be extremely healing and satisfying.

I have had extensive training in human sexuality and gender studies and work to integrate my knowledge as a foundational aspect of psychotherapy
